100% cotton.

Machine wash at 30°C recommended to preserve the quality of the fabric.

Tumble drying is not recommended.

We deliver throughout mainland France (including Corsica), Spain, and most European countries.

Delivery times

⏳ Each piece is made to order: please allow 3 to 4 weeks.

Delivery times may vary depending on the products ordered and the time of purchase.

In the event of any change in delivery times, we will do our best to contact you and inform you of any updates.

Free shipping

Any order over €250 benefits from free shipping.

Return policy

To make returning your products easier, we offer a total period of 14 days from the receipt of your order to return your items, without the need to notify us of your withdrawal in advance (return shipping costs are at your expense).

To start the process, please email us at alyrelparis@gmail.com with your first name, last name, and order number.

Return conditions

Items you wish to return must be new (the tag must not have been removed), unworn, unsoiled, and returned in their original packaging.

Please note that if these conditions are not met, no refund will be issued.

Refunds

Once your return has been inspected by our team, you will receive a refund confirmation email. The refund will be processed within 14 days following the receipt of your return at our warehouse.

If payment was made with a gift card, the amount will be credited back to the reusable gift card. Once the refund is processed, you will automatically receive an email with the updated balance and card code.
