The products offered for sale are those presented on the Alyrel Paris website, subject to availability.
Each piece is made with the utmost care. Photographs and descriptions are provided as accurately as possible but may slightly differ from the final product.
3. Prices
Prices are stated in euros (€).
Alyrel Paris reserves the right to modify its prices at any time. The applicable price is the one displayed at the time of ordering.
VAT not applicable — Article 293 B of the French General Tax Code.
4. Orders
Any order placed on the website implies full acceptance of these Terms and Conditions of Sale.
Once the order is confirmed, a confirmation email will be sent to the customer.
Alyrel Paris reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order in case of dispute or payment issue.
5. Payment
Payment is made securely via the payment methods available on the website.
Orders are processed only after payment has been confirmed.
6. Manufacturing and Delivery Times
As some pieces are made to order, processing times may vary.
Estimated delivery times are indicated on the product pages.
Alyrel Paris cannot be held responsible for delays caused by carriers.
7. Returns and Refunds
In accordance with the right of withdrawal, customers have 14 days after receiving their order to request a return.
Items must be returned in their original condition, unworn, unwashed, and with tags attached.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Personalized or made-to-order items cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Intellectual Property
All content on the Alyrel Paris website (texts, images, logo, creations, visuals, etc.) is protected by intellectual property law.
Any reproduction or use without authorization is strictly prohibited.
9. Personal Data
Information collected during orders is used solely within the commercial relationship between Alyrel Paris and its customers.

10. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions of Sale are governed by French law.
